Returns Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Returns:
1. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
   
2. Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
   
3. Return Process:
1. To initiate a return, email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for the return.
   If the return is approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.
   The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
   
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos as proof. We will provide a replacement or a refund.
   

Refunds Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are issued for eligible returned items once we receive and inspect the product.
   Items that do not meet our return criteria may be rejected or subject to a partial refund.
   Refunds for digital products, services, and workshops are not available unless otherwise stated.
   
2. Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
   Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
   
3. Non-Refundable Items:Gift cards, and personalized items.
   Shipping costs (except for defective or incorrect items).
   

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this period, cancellations are not guaranteed.
